-MY LIFE-
Hello everybody! So, this week was a roller coaster of emotions. Friday was a really hard day, and I'm doing okay. I'm not great, if anything I'm in shock, and I'm mad. I'll get back to you when the shock wears off. I'm so proud of everybody who marched on Saturday. It was super cool to watch everyone on Twitter, and I hope that we will be able to keep on fighting for what we believe in. I hope that everybody has a good week, and happy reading!

-INSTAGRAM PIC OF THE WEEK-

Well, technically it's still January 19. I thought that I wouldn't have a lot of work to do today, and that I would have time to take photos. Well, I was wrong. I wasn't able to take photos until around seven at night, but I took a bunch of photos, so I should be fine for a while. I usually take photos for the week on Saturday or Sunday, but I just didn't have time last weekend. So here we are. 😂 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 QOTD: Are you usually super busy? Or do you usually have free time to enjoy your day? AOTD: For me it depends on the day, how much my teachers assign, and if I have a final to study for or not. Usually I have time at night or during the morning depending on when my classes start. 😊 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 Day five of #NKBTBJANUARY: Genre You Want to Read More- I really want to read more romance! There is usually some in almost every book I read, but I haven't read a contemporary romance in a while. 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 ▪#aroundtheworldbooktag, thanks @paperfury! Anna and the French Kiss is set in Paris. ❤ ▪#comfortreads, thanks @ninasbooktalk! This trilogy is my happyseries because these books always make me smile. 😊 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 #bookstagram #books #lights #bookaholic #bookaddict #bookblogger #bookphotography #bookphoto #booklover #epicreads #instabook #bookgram #romance #yaromance #annaandthefrenchkiss #stephenieperkins #yabooks #yalove #yaliterature #yalit #photochallenge #photography #pink #blogger

-BOOK PHOTO SUNDAY-
I have completed all of my tags! Tomorrow I will be posting my last tag, and so I'm ready for more! Tags are like puzzles in the sense that you're trying to fit them together with your photos. 😂 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 Day Three of #nkbtbjanuary: 2016 Debut- While I haven't read this one yet, it sounds really interesting! Hopefully I'll read it this year. 😊 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 ▪I was tagged by @paperfury to do the #purplebooks tag! 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 #bookstagram #books #booklover #bookblogger #bookaholic #bookaddict #yabooks #yalove #yaliterature #yalit #youngadultbooks #readers #instabook #bookgram #photochallenge #bookphotography #bookphoto #2016debut

-QUESTION OF THE WEEK-
If you were the main character in any book, which book would you be in, and what would you do? Let me know in the comments below! :)

  1. Friday was tough and it was hard to accept. The marches today though inspired me and restored my faith a bit- it was nice to see it happening all over the world, and I was kinda glued to Twitter too. :)

Can't wait to see what you think of Illuminae!

So your question of the week. Hmmm...I'm not sure but right now still I still have all the feels for The Long Way to a Small Angry Planet (that title is too long) I would say that one- I'd want to be on the Wayfarer and travel the galaxy.

    1. I have been wanting to buy Illuminae ever since it came out, but I couldn't justify spending $30 on it. So when I saw that it was on sale at Target I couldn't resist! :)

  2. Oh my goodness oh my goodness oh my goodness!!! You have AG Howard!!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE her!!! That one is on my wish list! Can't wait to read it! Enjoy your books. You can find my post for StS here if you'd like to stop by!

    1. I've seen that some people loved it, but others hated it. So hopefully I enjoy it! :)

  3. Oh, I hated that Friday came...and the "carnage" of this presidency actually happened. Yes, he loved characterizing us all and events of the last 8 years as something bad...he used that word "carnage" to blacken the contributions of the Obama administration.

Let's hope we can still protest. It's been years since I did, but I remember being grateful that we had the freedom, although some protests ended badly.

Enjoy your week, and here are MY WEEKLY UPDATES

    1. I wasn't up to watching his speech. It's one thing to hear the news about him, it's another to watch him speak. But that sounds horrible. :(

  4. Great haul this week. I loved the Bloodlines series from Richelle Mean, I found them to be better than Vampire Academy. I haven't read RoseBlood myself but I've heard so many great things about it.

  5. Glad you participated in the March. We really needed that during these times. If I was a main character in a book, I would love to be a main character in Harry Potter, since that means that I can actually use magic to ward off enemies!

    Here’s my Sunday Post!

    1. I wasn't able to participate in the march, but I did watch everyone through Twitter. And good book choice! :)

  6. We also had an incident in Melbourne in Australia on Friday (our time) when someone drove into a crowd of people killing 5, including a baby. There were horrible pictures of the top of the pram stuck in the car's bonnet.

But like you I was heartened by everyone marching - so wonderful to see such solidarity and passion.

    1. Oh no, that's terrible! I didn't hear about it because every news source has only been talking about Tr*mp, so I had no clue. Hopefully this week will be better.

  7. I am curious about I Hunt Killers, I either have that one or it's on my wishlist. :) Those others look pretty cool too, so happy reading!
