Happy Sunday! I'm linking up to The Sunday Post, hosted by The Caffienated Book Reviewer; Stacking the Shelves, hosted by Tynga's Reviews; and Book Photo Sundays, hosted by Rabbit Ears Book Blog.
-MY LIFE-
Hello everybody! I did a lot of work this week, which is good, but that means that I had less time to read and work on the blog. I forgot to make my TTT post this week, and I only read one book! Hopefully this week will be a better week for reading. My Halloween plans include eating junk food, turning off all of the lights, and watching Gilmore Girls. Have a safe Halloween, and have a fabulous week everybody! :)

-QUESTION OF THE WEEK-
What are your Halloween plans? Let me know in the comments!
Those sound like pretty good Halloween plans! And I only got through one book too. Just not a good reading week. :(
ReplyDeleteHope you like Summer Days, I read that one earlier this year. some stories I liked , some not so much, like any anthology I guess. Hope it mostly works for you. And The Killing game looks good.
I'm only through one of the stories, but I'm liking it so far! :)
DeleteSounds like a fun Halloween. I'll be tuning into the telly myself. Probably watch some horror classics. Lovely books this week!
ReplyDeleteMy Sunday Post
Thanks!
DeleteLove the look of some of your books this week.
ReplyDeleteSounds like Halloween will be a good one. I've just got Netflix especially in time for The Gilmore Girls return later this month! Although I'm giving it a bit of a workout beforehand! ;-)
Me too! I'm re-watching all of the episodes, and it's so fun to see all of the foreshadowing. :)
DeleteWow! Lots of awesome books you got! I'm also planning on watching some Halloween movies on Halloween!
ReplyDeleteHere’s my Sunday Post!

That's what made me get the book at the library. :)
DeleteSnap, my Halloween Plans are exactly the same as yours. Summer Days has been on my TBR with forever, I hope you are enjoying it. It's a great way of sampling so many authors. Love your photos and I'm about to go follow you on IG :) PS - your hair is fab!
ReplyDeleteWhy thank you, Trish! I meant to read the Christmas one when it first came out (and spoiler alert, I still haven't). So, I figured that I would try the summer one because it was at the library. Have a fabulous week! :)
DeleteThat anthology, Summer Days, wasn't there a Christmas themed book by that group of authors? I have the Knife of Never Letting Go, and have been pushed to read it by a friend who considers it one of the best trilogies ever. I look forward to seeing what you think of it.
ReplyDeleteYa, it's called 'My True Love Gave to Me,' and was released in 2014. I still need to read it, so if I enjoy the summer collection then I'll pick it up. :)
DeleteNice haul! Wrapped looks great! I'll have to check it out! Have a great week and happy reading!
ReplyDeleteThank you! :)
DeleteSounds like a great time. Black Waters has me curious and I don't think you can go wrong a Toni Anderson novel.
ReplyDeletesherry @ fundinmental My Sunday Memes
Black Waters is the second novella in a series by one of my favorite authors! The first one is Blue Waters, and I hope that you enjoy it. :)
DeleteI won't have the junk food but I am going to watch old school horror shows of The Wolf Man and Dracula for my Halloween. :) Hope you are enjoying your current reads, I have read Amity and it was okay but not wowing so I hope you enjoy it more! :)
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!

Week in Review
Thanks! :)
DeleteBwahaha, those sound like great Halloween plans, and you have lots of new mysteries to read. We usually make a fire in the driveway and hand out goodies. Hope you have more time this week.
ReplyDeleteThanks! I bought a huge container of candy to pass out, but then I decided that I wanted it all to myself. :)
DeleteOh, lovely books! I have never read Patrick Ness, but I've heard good things. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteHalloween is a quiet time; we never have Trick or Treaters...but I do have a few of my resin figurines out to celebrate.
Here are MY WEEKLY UPDATES
That sounds nice, and I hope that you enjoy your week! :)
DeleteLove the sound of your Halloween plans. What fun! We don't really celebrate Halloween here so maybe I'll curl up with a good book although I wanted to rewatch all the Gilmore Girls seasons too....
ReplyDeleteHope you have a lovely week ahead.
Ya, trying to get them all re-watched before the Year In A Life special! :)
DeleteSounds like a fun time. I'm going to be doing something similar but may watch something creepy.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy! :)
DeleteOooh, the Chaos Walking Trilogy is so good!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm excited to read it! :)
